Sunday school barbecue

The BBQ was a great success.... We enjoyed playing on the zip wire and swings and Andy's burgers were a hit. The Bavingtons brought a cricket set which we used to invent a new beach game- crounders - a bit like cricket and a bit like rounders. Everyone from Penny to Jeff had a shot at batting while everyone else fielded..... Sandy hit a six more than once. The kids loved it and all the parents and adults joined in too- quite a competitive lot! The wind kept the midges away and that was an extra blessing
