Ardchattan Parish Church

Each year Blythswood Charity coordinates the delivery of filled shoeboxes to children and adults in Ukraine and across Eastern Europe, spreading some joy and love at Christmas. The shoe boxes should be wrapped in Christmas paper but the items inside remain unwrapped and should conform to the requested items.

St John’s Cathedral in Obanis our local collection point this year and boxes will be collected at some point in the week beginning 28th October.

Perhaps you can get together with a friend or friends to make up a box.

 

Shoe Box Appeal 2024 Filler Ideas

Blythswood Care request that each shoebox contains a toothbrush and toothpaste,
underwear, soap, sweets, toy/gift, scarf, gloves and hat.
